What's In My School Bag

Today I'm going to be doing an updated What's In My School Bag and I wanted to do an updated one because I wanted to do a mini school series at a random time of the year because we'll all probably feeling unmotivated (and looking forward to Christmas) and I wanted to help you get more motivated.

My school bag is a bag you've seen before as I've done a What's In My Bag with it and it's this handbag from H&M and it has 3 sections and I love it. I like to use it using the shoulder strap because with the handles I'm scared it's going to break.

This is some of the stuff I like to keep in the middle section, which is not zipped, and that's where I keep everything I need during an average school day.

A5 Notebook- I like to keep a small notebook for notes because I hate writing notes in my planner because I like to keep them separate. This notebook is from Tesco and the only thing in it is ICT homework.

Anne Frank Script- I usually have my script in here for the school production because hopefully it'll remind me to learn my lines because I never do. BTW I play Miep in case you was wondering.

School Planner- I had to turn this over in the picture because the front has a massive picture of my school on it. We have to use this to write in our homework and that's the only use for it.

School Books- So I put some post-it notes over my name and on the white one my school. These are my physics and biology book because after I took this pictures I did some revision!

Homework Folder- One of biggest hates is crumpled paper and I like to keep my homework neat so I have this display book from Tesco and it's super cute!

Also in the middle section I have some more stuff like:

Pencil Case With Sharpies- When we're doing revision posters in school I like to use Sharpies because it helps me remember the topic more. I just keep them in this pencil case from Tesco.

Zip Card- I walk to and from school everyday but on Mondays when I have Anne Frank rehearsals after school I like to get the bus so I need to have my bus pass.

Pencil Case- Obviously at school you need the basic stationery so I keep that in my pencil case from Victoria's Secret. I have actually done a blog post whats inside so you can check that out.

The last two things in the middle section are-

Body Mist- Everyday I take a body mist because I wanted to freshen up throughout the day and I take a different one from my Victoria's Secret collection everyday and this one is from Pink and is the Fresh & Clean scent.

Water Bottle- Obviously got to stay hydrated during the school day and I do get a lot of headaches so I need water. My water bottle is from Primark but it's rubbish as all of the writing has pretty much come off.

In the front zipped pocket I like to keep beauty bits but in my blazer I do have an eos lip balm, a mirror and a pack of tissues to grab easily. In the front pocket I keep a Zoella Beauty Coin Purse and that keeps little essentials.

Glasses Case- I wear my glasses all of the time but I do like to keep my glasses case because I want to clean them because they can get dirty.

Hand Sanitiser- Schools are yucky places so obviously I need some hand sanitiser for that and I have the Carex Strawberry Laces one but I don't really like the scent and I prefer the bubblegum one.

TicTacs- My favourite TicTacs are the apple ones so I keep a pack in my bag because sometimes I don't want a mint so I use the TicTacs to freshen my breath.

Polos- Most of the time in my lunch I have smelly crisps (even though my school has banned crisps but I take them anyway) so to not have smelly breath I have mints on hands (because we're not allowed gum).

Hairbands- There's some days I forget I have PE so I forget to bring a hairband so I like to keep three spare for that (don't worry my kit is always in my locker)

Lip Balm- I keep a spare lip balm in this coin purse because one day I might forget to bring my eos (although I never have) or I might want a little colour on my lips so I have the Maybelline Baby Lips in Cherry Me.

This is all of the contents in my back zipped pocket and I keep extra school stuff I don't need all the time.

Geography Flashcards- Obviously I only need these when we're having tests but I feel like if I left them at home I would lose them so I keep them in my back pocket of my bag.

Maths Set- So far this year I haven't actually used this set but you never know I might need it so I keep it in my bag in case one day I will use it.

Timetable- I have a copy of my timetable in my bag just because. I know my timetable off by heart now so I never use it but I have it in there because I do.

Spare Pack Of Pens- I like to keep a spare pack of pens in my bag because recently I had a day where all three black pens in my pencil case ran out so having this pack in my bag was a lifesaver.

Glue Stick- In geography we do a lot of sticking (which I hate) so I keep a glue stick. I haven't actually used this much this year because most teachers have been giving out glue sticks so I don't need it.

Book- In my back pocket I have my drama vocab book and I have had this book in my bag since last year and I always forget to put it in my drama folder so it's been in my bag for ages.

A6 Notebook- I know I keep a notebook in the main section of my bag but this is in there in case I want a small piece of paper and it's only light so it doesn't matter if it's in there.

Scientific Calculator- In maths we use calculators a lot and we need our own so I just have the Casio one everyone has and the one the school recommends but I have a pink one.

That's everything I keep in my school bag. I don't take most things home with me so I never take my french dictionary home with me and I never take my reading book home as I leave them in my locker so my bag's not super heavy.

November Favourites

It's that time of the month where I share everything I have been loving recently and to be completely honest I found it quite hard to choose things to put in my favourites so this month I only have six favourites; I think its because I found it so easy to choose favourites last month so this month it was quite hard.

New Handbag from New Look- Every month in my favourites I always share the new handbag I have that much (I have a serious handbag problem) and this month is no different. This bag is from New Look and I love it because it's a perfect size and I love that it has a shoulder strap and also handles to use on the crook of your arm or hands. It was also £18.99 which is a great price.

Maybelline Colossal Go Extreme Mascara- When I first got this mascara I didn't really like it and that put me off Maybelline mascaras as I know my friend Nicha doesn't like the Lash Sensational mascara but since using this for over a month now I actually quite like it and it does give a lot of volume.

Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer- In my favourites last month I featured the foundation and this month I'm mentioning the concealer! This concealer is really good at covering and brightening my dark circles although not fully as I have the darkest dark circles and nothing can cover them completely.

Lush Christmas Collection- I only really go to Lush at Christmas time and that's because I love the Christmas scents and bath bombs and bubble bars. My favourite Christmas bath bomb is So White and it smells of apples and my favourite Christmas bubble bar is Candy Mountain and I love the Snow Fairy shower gel.

Costa Christmas Drinks- I love Costa anytime of the year but at Christmas time they pull it out the bag. I was really excited to learn they brought back my favourite from last year, the Black Forest Hot Chocolate but when I had it I was kind of disappointed because it wasn't the same as last year but the Mint Hot Chocolate is incredible.

Black Mirror on Netflix- This has been my TV favourite of the month and I started watching Black Mirror after Tanya Burr mentioned it in her October Favourites and I was having a sick day off school so I started to watch it and omg it's incredible and I would recommend it as every episode is different.

That's all of my favourites this month and there wasn't many but I do really love these favourites and I didn't want to put any favourites in here for the sake of it but I'm sure I'll probably have lots of December Favourites.
