What's In My Bucket Bag

For the first proper post on The Lipstick Insider I thought I would do a What's In My Bag as I love these videos and blog post. As I have a bucket bag, I renamed it 'What's In My Bucket Bag' because I probably will do more in the future!

Lets get started!

 

Firstly we should talk about the star of the show, the bag itself.

 

My bucket bag is from Primark, which is my favourite place to buy bags from, and it was £8. Primark had loads of bucket bags when I got mine but I'm not sure if they still have loads as they are quite summery. They had a smaller version, which was £4, but I knew I wouldn't be able to fit all of my stuff into it.

It can be quite a squeeze sometimes so you can only carry the essentials in and NO CRAP!

I wonder what's inside...

 

Purse

I probably should down-size my purse to be able to fit more in my bag but I love this purse so much that I can't.

It's from Primark and it was only £5, which is a bargain for such an amazing purse. Why is it amazing I hear you ask, well it has so many pockets that it's an organised freaks dream purse. As well as the popper section, it also has a zip pocket at the back which I keep receipts in and if I go out with just my purse, I put my phone in there.

 

Phone

I hate my phone but it does the job so I can't really complain. It's a Samsung Chat 335 in case any of you was wondering. I have a pink polka dot case on the back from Amazon but that's getting a bit dirty. I only really use it to listen to music and that leads me onto my next thing...

 

Earphones

I love listening to music and to do that anywhere, I take earphones. The ones I have are super cute as they're mint floral (my loves <3) and they're from Claire's. It feels weird if I'm walking somewhere and I'm not listening to music; they also help me walk faster!

 

Mirror

A mirror is important to me as I'm always getting food round my mouth and obviously I don't want to go out with food round my mouth, although I've probably done that before! (LOL!) I actually have no idea where this mirror is from but all I know that it's real silver so it's really heavy for a mirror.

 

Body Spray

As I have limited room in my bag, I try to find ways of making more room. Instead of carrying a big perfume bottle, the best thing to do is carry a body spray. You can still smell nice (in my case jelly beans) whilst saving space in your bag for random junk (hopefully not).

I'm not sure if you can still get the one I have as it's limited edition but it's from Superdrug and it's smells like jelly beans!

 

Tangle Teezer

A hairbrush would never fit in a bag like this so to save space I carry round my Tangle Teezer as it's small and compact but it still does the job. My hair does get quite knotty so I have to use my Tangle Teezer. However, don't always brush your hair with one as it causes breakage, I learnt that the hard way.  

 

Random Things

- Sunglasses

- Pen

- Lip Balm

- Concealer

- Lipstick

- Hairband

 

I also have these random things in my bag that don't really need explaining so not to waste anyone time reading about a pen, I'm not going to elaborate on them.
