How To Organise For School

I would say I'm quite an organised person and I think that means I'm able to give some tips on how to get organised for school. These tips aren't the best tips ever because I'm not that organised but hopefully they will help because they do help me.

So as everyone says, have a planner! I have the planner that I take to school which is the planner that the school gives everyone and in that I right down my homework details but in the planner I use at home I have a whole section dedicated to school and I just write down due dates or anything that's happening in school. I highlight everything as each colour means something different. 

Also in my planner I have a little to-do list pad (from Paperchase but it came with the planner) and I write down any homework that I need to do and I write it in the order that's its due in and I do it in that order.

The content of this probably looks really familiar because I recently did a What's In My School Bag but keeping an organised bag shows an organised person. Keep everything in there nice and don't scrunch up homework and also a great tip is having heavier items towards the back of the back if you're using a backpack. 

Also I think a homework folder is really important and my homework would not look neat if I didn't have this. This folder just keeps my homework in and any random sheets that I get given and need to have on me at all times (that's what the teachers say). 

Next to my homework folder is something you would know about if you read my last post which is my school binder. This binder keeps all my revision in, tests and random sheets that I know I won't need.

Also my last tip is if you have a locker keep your books in there. Most of the time I keep my books in the classroom but when you have to take it home I keep it in my locker and take it home when I'm going to do my homework and then return it to my locker the next day and you'll never need to worry about keeping a book at home! (and it means you're bag is lighter).
