P.S. Love Beauty Review

In case you didn't know or are not from the UK, P.S. Love Beauty is the makeup range by Primark, which is also my favourite shop. The beauty range is really cheap but sometimes cheap doesn't always have the best quality so I'm here to test them out and tell you what's worth buying and not worth buying.

Makeup Bags- These makeup bags are incredible! There is a huge selection of designs, characters and sizes in Primark stores and you can also get the same design in other sizes which is good if you like a makeup bag with a certain print. The sizes fit everyone needs: there is small ones for handbags, medium ones for your everyday makeup bag and large ones if your going travelling. I have nothing to fault about these makeup bags and I think they might be my favourite things.
These are normally £3 but it depends on the size.

Hand Wipes- I didn't know Primark did hand wipes (I knew they did face wipes) so I thought I would pick these up. These are a good essential to keep in your handbag or in your bathroom as you always need hand wipes. The packaging is actually really cute with either a black or white background with gold hearts and you wouldn't expect that for cheap hand wipes. They make my hands clean after using these as recently I have been doing a lot of makeup swatches. If you see these pick these up as I don't know if they're permanent or what.
A multipack of 2 packs is £1

Eyeshadow Palette- The one that I will be reviewing today is the P.S Love 8 Shade Day Eyeshadow Palette. As it's the day palette all of the shades are really wearable as there is creams and browns and they're pretty much the shades I wear. The mirror is an amazing size and it's perfect for on-the-go application. The brush is rubbish but the brushes you get with eyeshadow palettes are always crap so I didn't expect it to be good. Pigmentation could be better as you do need to stripe your brush in it quite a few times.
This is £2.50- there is also a night palette for the same price.

Nail Polish and Fast Dry Spray- The nail polish I have is in Baby Doll which I think is a gorgeous pink. Primark have a good colour selection in store and there was matt polishes as well which I was going to pick up but I didn't need a white matt and that was the only shade I like. The packaging is really nice and makes it look like it's more expensive than it is. The colour selection and packaging reminds me of Tanya Burr's nail polishes. You do need 3 coasts for it to be opaque but you wouldn't expect 1 for 80p. The fast dry spray is ok but way too much comes out even if you do a small push which is annoying as you have a lot of liquid over your fingers.
These are both 80p each

Hand Sanitizer- I really like this hand sanitizer and it is something I would repurchase. It makes my hands feel clean if they've got something disgusting on. The only thing I don't like about it is the scent as it's smells a bit like alcohol but you can get ones with nicer scents in Primark. I like the colour of the hand gel as I love pink and it looks nice on my desk. It's good for on the go as it's a good size and it fits really nicely in my Zoella Beauty essentials bag.
This is 60p for 60ml

Fake Nails- The 2 designs I have is a white and black design and just plain white but if these aren't your cup of tea there's loads of designs in store. The thing I hate about these is the glue because it's really hard to open (I had to watch tutorials on how to apply Primark nails just so I could see how they opened the glue) and it's also damaging to nails, after the first time I used these I had left over glue on my nails for a couple of days which is annoying. The nails last for about 2-3 days depending what you're doing so if you're always using your nails they're not going to last as long as someone who doesn't.
These are £1

Liquid Lipstick- Liquid Lipsticks weren't something I had ever tried before so I didn't know what to expect but I'm pleasantly surprised. 07 Neon Pink (the one on the left) is a gorgeous colour and actually quite wearable as I wasn't sure how much I would wear it when I bought it and 01 Pink is such a pretty colour on the lips; it's like a better Zoella Beauty Kissy Missy Lip Balm but in liquid lipstick formula. I love the packaging as it makes it look more expensive than it is and they're easy to apply which I was suprized at as I always struggle applying lip gloss
These are £2 each
Rating-5/5

Mascara- I love this mascara and I'm definately going to repurchase when I've finished. It looks really gorgeous on my lashes as they're nice and big. It also separates my lashes which it says on the box so that's a tick and it really defines my lashes as this mascara is called the Lash Defining Mascara and that's good as my natural lashes are tiny so I do usually wear mascara so you can see them. I'm going to say this again but the packaging is really nice and looks more expensive than £2 and it actually reminds me of a nicer version of Maybelline mascara packaging.
This is £2 and there are more versions in store.

Lip Crayon- Sadly I was very disappointed with the product and I've just realized I'm ending on a bad note which I don't like to do. The packaging makes it look cheap and I've had one in a very similar style packaging which was free from a girls magazine. When you look it at it you would think it's a bright red but sadly it weren't and I wasn't too keen on the colour. Applying it is quite messy as random bits came off the bullet which wasn't very nice. The only thing which isn't bad as it's a twistable lip crayon not one you need to sharp.
These are £1.50

I hope you enjoyed this review and if there's something else you want me to do a review of let me know in the comments and I would be happy to do that. The things I recommend is the mascara, liquid lipsticks and makeup bags and the things I don't recommend is the lip crayon. Follow me on Twitter and Instagram (@_louisecarter__) as I really want to start using them more.
